About Us

Brian Kidwell graduated summa cum laude from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul before moving down the road to attend William Mitchell College of Law, from which he graduated cum laude. He spent most of his career in private practice with two law firms of approximately twenty attorneys but has also been an adjunct professor at both the undergraduate and law school level, and has worked in-house for an insurance company and as general counsel of a small corporation. He started Kidwell Law Office with one objective – to provide quality litigation and bankruptcy representation to individuals and businesses.

At Kidwell Law Office your legal concerns will be handled personally by Brian Kidwell, who has three decades of experience handling all types of litigation and bankruptcy matters.  Our fee arrangements vary based upon the type of case, but they are always confirmed in advance in writing and are always reasonable.

Brian Kidwell is a member of the American Bar Association and an active member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars on a wide variety of topics related to litigation, bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law.

Our offices are conveniently located in the Excelsior and Grand neighborhood of St. Louis Park, just southwest of downtown Minneapolis and a short trip from Lake Calhoun and Uptown. Free offstreet parking is available to the east of our building at 4601 Excelsior Boulevard, less than one mile east of Highway 100.
